Kentucky National Insurance Company is “protection close to home”. In August 2007, our company was purchased by Corbin, Kentucky businessman Terry Forcht, founder and CEO of Forcht Group of Kentucky. Mr. Forcht is a business visionary and entrepreneur, building Forcht Group of Kentucky from a single nursing home in 1972 to a corporation of 95 companies with more than 2,100 employees today.

In addition to Kentucky National Insurance, Forcht Group of Kentucky also manages businesses in banking, health care, financial services, broadcasting, publishing, retail, data and web services, and more. Because of Mr. Forcht’s background and the strength of his corporation, Kentucky National Insurance Company is on firm footing as we seek to grow our business, offering seven insurance coverage options- auto, home, boat, renters, manufactured home, dwelling fire and excess liability.

On June 1, 2009, we began offering insurance in Tennessee. But no matter what state we’re doing business in, our goal remains the same – to offer the best possible insurance coverage to our customers. Going forward, Kentucky National Insurance Company will remain a safe and secure provider of insurance across the states of Kentucky and Tennessee, bringing our customers “protection close to home”.
